So, how do we join YPP if we don’t Have 4000 watch hours in 12 months and 1k subs?
Before answering the question, we need to see first how do we open monetization under the new policy?
Sign in to YouTube.
In the top right, select your account icon then go to Creator Studio.
In the left menu, select Channel then click on Status and features.
Under "Monetization," click Enable.
So, applying procedure is the same as it was before. Only changes is made in this section.
How can we be able to get 4000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1000 subscribers?
Subscribers will join the channel only if the content of the video that matches desire topic of the viewers. It will grow day by day, watch time will grow according to the views and the time of the video they are watching. For each video take the attracting title and comprehensive description. This will increase CEO of the Video.

How do we get verified for YPP if we don’t have 4 thousand watch hours in 12 months and 1k subs?
The answer is simple. There is no way to get verified for YouTube Partner Program unless a channel has 4000 watch hours in 12 months and 1k subs.
What can we do now, do we stop making YouTube video?
If you are a new on YouTube then forget the monetization from the channel for a while, and give concentration on what you are doing with the video. Just upload good content and exciting videos that attract people to your channel. You don’t need every video to monetize your channel. Only one video can do best for the life. So, keep uploading and enjoy making video for life.
